We start with the 'why' behind breathwork, then guide the team through a quick breathing experiment to establish a baseline.
A 21-minute guided journey using rhythmic techniques to shift the team into a state of deep clarity and calm.
We transition into a grounding wrap-up, then discuss practical ways to apply these tools in high-pressure situations.
Each team member leaves with a set of 5 breathwork cards, equipping them with simple techniques to manage stress anywhere.
